Pacesetter Personnel Services is hiring a Certified Forklift/ Warehouse Associate for our client in the Houston, TX 77041 area.
Job Description:
- Receives, stores, and distributes materials, tools, equipment, and products within establishments by performing the following duties.
- Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
- Reads customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed.
- Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
- Assists in pre-staging jobs.
- Maintains a clean warehouse and keeps it in order.
- Helps with inventory.
- May cut key holes, perform sub-assembly work, cut, insulate and assemble springs, tracks, doors
- Load and unload trucks.
Requirements:
- MUST have recent sit-down forklift experience.
- Must have valid driver's license.
- MUST be forklift certified.
- Must be able to pass a background and drug screen.
Schedule:
1st Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
Shift will change to 6 am to 2:30 pm
Pay:
$18.00 an hour. We pay weekly.
