We’re looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic to take on everything from new installs to major repairs — someone who loves solving problems, turning wrenches, and taking pride in doing the job right the first time. You'll work on diesel trucks, trailers, hydraulics, electrical systems, pneumatics, drivetrains, brake systems, and more.

💪 What You’ll Do
- Team up with leadership for new installs, custom builds, and upgrade projects
- Perform routine maintenance and full repairs on diesel trucks and trailers
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and tear down components to identify issues
- Take full ownership of repairs — adjust, overhaul, rebuild, and replace components
- Work with drivetrains, electrical systems, A/C, brakes, steering, hydraulics & suspension
- Customize vehicles, perform upgrades, and handle after‑sale installs
- Tackle occasional semi‑trailer repairs and maintenance
- Ensure all work meets DOT and internal safety standards
- Keep detailed inspection and repair reports
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
- Perform new body installs when needed

🛠 What You Bring
- Solid experience in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, brake & mechanical systems
- 2+ years working on heavy/diesel trucks
- 1+ year diagnostics experience
- 1+ year brake repair/replacement
- 2+ years electrical troubleshooting
- 2+ years pneumatic troubleshooting
- 2+ years hydraulic troubleshooting
- Your own tools (we supply everything else you need)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced shop environment

This is a Permanent position based out of Tempe, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $40.00/hr.
