Broker Associate Opportunity

First year earning potential when hitting goals is $160,000+.


As a Broker Associate, you will support team production by guiding clients, handling transactions, and providing professional expertise. You will also play a role in mentoring and collaborating with agents on the team, helping to strengthen consistency and results across the group.


This is not about starting your own team. It is about aligning with an established organization that provides recruiting support, training platforms, and proven systems so you can focus on production while contributing to the overall growth of the team.

Compensation:

$160,000 at plan commissions

Responsibilities:

  • Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with the team standards
  • Work with the leadership team on retention programs for agent retention
  • Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sales
  • Oversee all operational responsibilities of your team

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A real estate license is required
  • Brokers license or ability to obtain one
  • Sales experience
