We’ve been exclusively retained by a high-growth boutique law firm based on Fifth Avenue in New York City. With over $8M in annual revenue, elite clientele, and a fast-moving, no-politics culture, this firm is scaling its transactional practice and building a high-performance team of partners.


We’re seeking a Partner-Level Transactional Attorney to lead and grow the firm’s platform in real estate, private equity, and general corporate deals. This is a rare opportunity to join a firm where autonomy, client trust, and execution matter more than bureaucracy or hierarchy.

Partner-Level Transactional Attorney Requirements & Qualifications:


  • Active NY Bar license, in good standing
  • Minimum $1M in portable business in real estate, private equity, or general commercial transactions
  • 10+ years of experience handling complex transactions from origination to close
  • Experience structuring and negotiating JV agreements, investment deals, or real estate/finance transactions
  • In-office presence required
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — must be able to operate independently while collaborating with senior leadership
  • Trusted by clients and known for execution under pressure

Partner-Level Transactional Attorney Preferred Background & Skills:


  • Background at a boutique or Am Law firm
  • Exposure to distressed assets, transactional litigation, or M&A in special situations
  • Familiarity with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, or institutional investors
  • Interest in mentoring junior attorneys and helping scale the practice
  • Crossover experience with litigation or restructuring is a plus
