Entry Level Aerospace Production (Composites / Assembly)
Location: Marysville, WA
Pay: $20-22/hr (depending on shift)
Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Weekend Shifts

We’re hiring Production Associates and Assemblers to support the manufacturing of aircraft interior and structural components. This is a hands-on role working with composite materials, production equipment, and assembly processes in a clean, fast-paced environment.
No prior aerospace experience required—training is provided. Ideal for candidates with production, warehouse, or hands-on mechanical experience looking to grow in a stable industry.
What You’ll Do
- Work with composite materials, including cutting, prepping, and layup
- Assemble panels and components used in aircraft interiors
- Operate presses and production equipment
- Load materials and monitor machines during production cycles
- Record measurements and production data for quality tracking
- Remove finished parts and prepare them for shipment
- Follow work instructions, safety processes, and quality standards
- Rotate between departments and cross-train as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet throughout the shift
- Willingness to work overtime when needed

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
