Entry Level Aerospace Production (Composites / Assembly)

Location: Marysville, WA

Pay: $20-22/hr (depending on shift)

Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Weekend Shifts

We’re hiring Production Associates and Assemblers to support the manufacturing of aircraft interior and structural components. This is a hands-on role working with composite materials, production equipment, and assembly processes in a clean, fast-paced environment.

No prior aerospace experience required—training is provided. Ideal for candidates with production, warehouse, or hands-on mechanical experience looking to grow in a stable industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with composite materials, including cutting, prepping, and layup
  • Assemble panels and components used in aircraft interiors
  • Operate presses and production equipment
  • Load materials and monitor machines during production cycles
  • Record measurements and production data for quality tracking
  • Remove finished parts and prepare them for shipment
  • Follow work instructions, safety processes, and quality standards
  • Rotate between departments and cross-train as needed

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet throughout the shift
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
