Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a System Engineer to support DLA’s PIEE Program Management Office and ensure that IT operations run smoothly on a day-to-day basis

Responsibilities:

  • Lead evaluation and assessment of emerging AI/ML technologies and cloud-based platforms (AWS)
  • Develop technology strategy and roadmaps for AI/ML tool integration and deployment
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Cyber, Operations, Development) on technology requirements and implementations
  • Manage security, compliance, and authorization (Risk Management Framework (RMF) to include Authority to Operate (ATO)) processes for new technology deployments
  • Conduct research and proof-of-concept (PoC) testing for emerging technologies and platforms
  • Prepare technical documentation, whitepapers, and briefings for executive leadership
  • Collaborate on cloud infrastructure planning and optimization (AWS Bedrock, OpenSearch, Postgres, etc.)
  • Support program-level planning and strategic alignment with stakeholder objectives
  • Evaluate vendor solutions and third-party tools for integration with government systems
  • Maintain technical documentation and configuration standards for approved technologies
  • Support Agile teams in adoption of new tools and technologies
  • Brief leadership on technology initiatives, roadmaps, and strategic recommendations

Requirements

  • Must posses a NACLC level clearance at a minimum
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on systems engineering experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Demonstrated experience evaluating and implementing AI/ML technologies and tools
  • Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, containerization, and DevSecOps practice
  • Experience with government security, compliance, and ATO processes (IT-II, Secret clearance environments)
  • Strong technical writing and ability to prepare documentation, whitepapers, and executive briefings
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audience
  • Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Cloud platform certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred; security or AI/ML certifications a plus
