What You’ll Do as a Shift Lead
As a Shift Lead, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring our guests have an amazing experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the Manager on Duty (MOD) during your shifts.
- Opening and closing the facility as per company procedures.
- Leading by example to inspire and motivate team members.
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and fun environment for guests and staff.
- Addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism and care.
- Assisting in training team members and maintaining a positive work culture.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a candidate who brings reliability, respect, and energy to the table. To thrive in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- A high-energy personality with strong leadership qualities.
- The ability to be punctual and dependable.
- Availability to work opening and closing shifts as required.
- A respectful and professional attitude toward guests and team members.
