About the Role
The Property Supervisor focuses on field execution and is responsible for labor efficiency, quality control, site inspections, safety, profitability, and overall client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Supervise contract maintenance services for multifamily, shopping centers, retail chains, office buildings, industrial and government facilities.
- CAM's service lines include: Day Porter, Janitorial, Parking Lot Sweeping, Landscaping, Pressure Washing, and Maintenance Technicians
- Perform QC inspections, meet with clients
- Estimate enhancement work to improve property aesthetics and value
- Enforce SOPs and safety standards
- Dispute resolution
Success Measures
- Quality Control (QC) scores
- Client retention
- Extra work revenue
Compensation & Incentives
Training Bonus
- $3,000 Training Bonus, payable after 90 days of employment
Salary, Incentives and Benefits
- Hourly range: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour (DOE)
- Incentives: Quarterly and Annual incentives totaling 20% of annual base salary
- Company vehicle, fuel card and maintenance
