 We are seeking a part time Brand Ambassador to become part of our Over The Top Cake Supplies team in San Antonio!
 Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Greet Customers</li>
<li>Identify customer needs</li>
<li>Explain products and services to customers</li>
<li>Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock</li>
<li>Enter and process customer orders</li>
<li>Investigate and resolve customer complaints</li>
<li>Assist with birthday parties and kid camps</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Ability to build rapport with customers</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Previous experience in decorating (cakes, cookies, cupcakes, etc.)</li>
</ul>
Pay Information:
<ul>
<li>$12/hour</li>
<li>Paid weekly</li>
</ul>
