Responsibilities Overview:

As an Assisted Living and Memory Care Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you’ll provide compassionate, person-centered care that supports each resident’s individual needs. As a valued member of our care team, you may provide support in Assisted Living or Memory Care based on the needs of our residents.

What You’ll Do:

· Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene.

· Build trusting relationships through compassionate, person-centered care.

· Assist residents with walking, transportation, and transfers using gait belts when necessary.

· Promote resident independence and dignity.

· Work collaboratively with Charge Nurses and the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care.

What We Offer:

Job Types:

Full-Time and Part-Time positions available

Schedule:

· Monday to Friday

· Rotating weekends

· 12-hour shifts (7pm-7am)

Competitive Pay:

· $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Flexible Hours:

· Part-Time: 12 – 32 hours per week

· Full-Time: 32 – 40 hours per week

Position Requirements:

· A valid unencumbered Missouri Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification is required.

· A High School Diploma or equivalent.

· At least 1 year of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience in a Memory Care setting is preferred.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful connections with staff, residents, and families.

· Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.

· Reliable transportation is required.
