Project Manager / Business Analyst – Engineering Program Management
Join the Engineering Program Management group at a leading global investment management firm, where you'll manage firmwide initiatives, conduct business analysis, and partner with development teams in a fast-paced environment.
Your Role:
Serve as a liaison between business and Engineering teams, coordinating and delivering projects end-to-end. Key responsibilities include
- Lead projects from initiation to delivery with clear tracking and reporting
- Partner with Engineering leads on resource forecasting and capacity planning
- Gather business requirements, document process flows, and manage change request
- Produce executive-level dashboards and drive process improvement
- Facilitate meetings and foster strong business/engineering collaboration
What You'll Bring
- 2–5 years in project management or business analysis
- Bachelor's degree in technology, finance, or equivalent experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with software development teams
- Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
- Familiarity with AI tools, JIRA, and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of financial services a plus
**This role is 2-3 days onsite in Greenwich, CT**
