We are seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at The UPS Store. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, handling business service transactions, and performing a variety of daily operational tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
A California Notary Public Certificate is highly preferred.
Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional customer experience

Assist customers with packing, shipping, and business service requests through UPS services

Perform Notary Public services accurately and professionally (if certified)

Process printing, scanning, faxing, shredding, and document service requests

Manage mailbox services and customer account requests

Operate point-of-sale system and process transactions accurately

Answer customer questions and recommend appropriate service solutions

Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and operational standards

Assist with daily store operations and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment

Basic computer and office technology skills

Reliable, punctual, and responsible work habits

California Notary Public certification preferred

Previous retail, customer service, office, banking, or administrative experience is a plus
