Job Title: Systems Engineer (CI Full Scope Poly)

Clearance Required: Active CI Full Scope Polygraph (U.S. Citizenship required)

We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to support high-impact programs requiring deep technical understanding and operational mission awareness.
Position Overview:
As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of highly secure, mission-critical systems supporting the intelligence community. This role includes requirements analysis, architecture development, system integration, and performance validation within highly classified environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform system architecture design and analysis for complex mission systems.

Define and manage system requirements, interfaces, and integration plans.

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams (software, hardware, network, security) to ensure system consistency and traceability.

Support risk assessments, trade studies, and design reviews.

Conduct testing, verification, and validation of system functionality and performance.

Interface with government stakeholders, capture mission needs, and translate into technical solutions.

Maintain security compliance and documentation in accordance with IC standards.
Required Qualifications:

Active CI Full Scope Polygraph clearance (no exceptions).

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.

5+ years of experience in systems engineering or related technical roles.

Demonstrated experience with the systems engineering lifecycle (SELC) in a classified or DoD/IC environment.

Strong understanding of networked systems, secure communications, and system integration.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working within the intelligence community (IC).

Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and methodologies.

Knowledge of SIGINT, GEOINT, or other mission domains.

Master’s degree and/or INCOSE certification.
