Key ResponsibilitiesProvide safe and effective nursing care throughout the perioperative process.Prepare patients before surgery and monitor recovery in the PACU.Assist surgical teams during procedures while maintaining strict sterile technique.Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond quickly to changes in condition.Ensure proper documentation and compliance with hospital safety standards.Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
QualificationsBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing)NCLEX-RN PassedMinimum 2 years of recent Operating Room or PACU nursing experienceStrong clinical assessment and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesCitizenship from USA, Canada, Australia, Chile, or Mexico
