We are sharing a specialised remote opportunity for experienced First-Line Supervisors of Retail Sales Workers to support a leading AI lab in improving how advanced AI systems understand real-world retail management and sales supervision workflows.
This project focuses on designing domain-specific scenarios, reviewing AI-generated outputs, and contributing professional insights to improve AI reasoning in retail operations and team supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Create domain-specific tasks and deliverables based on real-world retail supervision and sales management scenarios
Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, clarity, and relevance to retail operations
Review peer-developed deliverables to improve quality and consistency
Identify gaps or inaccuracies in AI reasoning related to retail management practices
Provide structured feedback to improve AI understanding of retail supervision workflows
Apply consistent evaluation frameworks to produce high-quality review outputs
Ideal Profile
Strong candidates may have:
4+ years of professional experience as a Retail Sales Supervisor or similar leadership role
Experience managing retail staff, customer service operations, and sales performance
Strong communication and leadership skills
Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Ability to translate real-world retail scenarios into structured evaluation tasks
Nice to Have:
Experience in retail operations management or store supervision
Familiarity with performance management, staff scheduling, or retail KPIs
Experience reviewing operational procedures or staff training materials

Independent contractor role
