About the Position
Casselman Healthcare & Rehabilitation is looking for compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses who enjoy working with seniors and are committed to providing quality resident care.
As a PRN LPN, you will provide nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and work closely with the nursing and interdisciplinary teams.
LPN Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to residents as assigned.

Administer and document medications and treatments according to orders.

Prepare for and assist physicians and other healthcare providers with diagnostic procedures and treatments.

Provide healthcare instructions and support to residents and their families.

Participate with the interdisciplinary team in planning, implementing and evaluating resident care.

Assist with admissions, transfers and discharges.
-
Monitor and report residents' vital signs, symptoms and changes in condition.

Accurately document residents' responses to nursing care and treatments.

Maintain an environment that promotes resident comfort and safety.

Assist with unit management and assume charge responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
-
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania.

Commitment to providing compassionate, quality resident care.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
