Sales Management Trainee
With our continued, rapid growth in the greater Birmingham area, we are seeking highly motivated individuals with a desire to help others and develop themselves as leaders. As a Sales Management Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in sales management. This program will provide you with hands-on experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to develop your leadership abilities within our sales team. This position is an entry level management position, with the ability to advance into executive leadership quickly.
Duties:

<li>Acquire new clients using our proven methods.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members</li>
<li>Excellent written and communication skills</li>
<li>Self discipline and have excellent time management skills</li>
<li>Development of new representatives</li>
<li>Reports on field activity</li>

Prerequisites
<ul>
<li>Strong customer service skills</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years in a leadership role. (preferred, not required)</li>
<li>Proactive attitude towards learning and professional development</li>
<li>Ability to pass a background check</li>
