Integral Healthcare for Women, LLC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a well-
\n
established and growing Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQHC) in Orange
\n
County, New York for a New York Licensed Midwife or Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to
\n
join its pro-midwifery Women's Health team of OB/GYN physicians , and its midwifery program of 5+ midwives. Services provided by the FQHC include phlebotomy, ultrasound, Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM), mental health and other support services.
\n
This is an excellent opportunity for a midwife who is passionate about providing compassionate,
\n
high-quality obstetrical and gynecological care and enjoys working collaboratively with
\n
OB/GYN physicians and a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
\n
The Opportunity
\n
The midwife will provide comprehensive women's healthcare, including:
\n
• Management of low-risk pregnancies and postpartum care
\n
• Obstetrical care throughout pregnancy
\n
• Full-scope routine and gynecological evaluation and treatment
\n
• Reproductive health services
\n
• Care and support for laboring patients at Good Samaritan Hospital
\n
• Collaboration with OB/GYN physicians to provide integrated, patient-centered care
\n
• Patient education and preventive care
\n
• Accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
\n
• Participation in a collaborative, multidisciplinary care environment
\n
Schedule
\n
• Two and a half or 3 8-hour office sessions per week
\n
• One 24-hour hospital call shift per week
\n
Qualifications
\n
- \n
- New York State licensed and registered Nurse Midwife or qualified New York Licensed
\n
\n
Midwife

- \n
- Current AMCB certification
- Experience managing low-risk pregnancies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently while functioning effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based, family and patient-centered care

Preferred Requirements
\n
- \n
- 3 or more years practicing as a CNM .
- Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification.
- Birth center and/or hospital experience.

Compensation & Benefits

- Competitive Salary, compensation $125,000-$150,000, commensurate with experience
