The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Rome is seeking a Full-time Driver to join our team!
Location: Rome, NY
Pay Range: $17-$18/HR
Key Responsibilities:

Transport Residents: Safely transport residents to and from doctor's appointments and other scheduled activities, including dialysis runs that may start as early as 4 AM.

Adaptability: Accommodate changes to the schedule and adapt transportation plans as needed.

Ensure Comfort & Safety: Provide a comfortable, safe, and caring environment during transport for all residents.

Communication: Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and facility staff to ensure all needs are met.
Resident Driver Requirements:

Flexible Availability: Must be available for early shifts, including some as early as 4 AM for dialysis runs.

Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Dependable & Responsible: Strong problem-solving skills with a dependable and responsible work ethic.

Team Player: Ability to work well as part of a team and collaborate with facility staff.

Professional References: Must have professional references available.
