The Legal Administrative Assistant provides full clerical support to the Notice/Lien Department ensuring the documents are processed accordingly.
Responsibilities
- File, track, and confirm service of legal documents
- Communicate with clients via phone and email
- Maintain and update files, managing multiple deadlines
- Coordinate the printing, scanning, and notarization of documents
- Enter data in systems & complete project verifications
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
- Associate’s degree
- 1 year of administrative experience in a professional office environment or any combination of education and experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and email
- Manual dexterity
- Near visual acuity
- Prolonged sitting while viewing a computer monitor
- Prolonged standing and walking throughout the building
- Frequent typing and use of keyboard/mouse
- Ability to lift up to 10lbs regularly
