Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Storefront Supervisor to help oversee daily store operations and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This role serves as the acting manager when the Store Manager is off-duty, ensuring the store always has strong leadership in place. What Youll Do

  • Act as the manager-on-duty when the Store Manager is off-duty, ensuring smooth store operations.
  • Lead the sales floor, providing an elevated customer experience and driving sales.
  • Oversee cash register operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Assist in scheduling, team management, and shift delegation to ensure productivity.
  • Train, mentor, and support staff to maintain high performance and morale.
  • Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards to keep the store appealing.
  • Manage inventory movement, including receiving shipments and conducting stock audits.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures, providing guidance to staff when needed.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to complete operational tasks, including reporting and supply orders.


What Were Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and store operations.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, and move easily throughout the store.
