RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONTROLLER
\n
<ul>\n
<li>Lead the Month-End, Quarter, &amp; Year-End Closes</li>
\n
<li>Create Standard Operating Procedures in compliance with US GAAP</li>
\n
<li>Review and prepare bank &amp; account reconciliations</li>
\n
<li>Lead your team of 3</li>
\n
<li>Oversee AP &amp; AR work</li>
\n
<li>Lead the interim and annual audit requests</li>
\n
<li>Assist with any ERP related questions and implementations</li>
\n
<li>Work with Operations to implement standard cost accounting practices along with improving margins</li>
\n</ul>
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR CONTROLLER\n \n
<ul>\n
<li>5+ years of General Accounting preferably in Manufacturing</li>
\n
<li>Bachelors in Accounting/Finance</li>
\n
<li>MBA/CPA/CMA welcomed</li>
\n
<li>ERP Experience</li>
\n
<li>Cost Accounting is a plus</li>
\n</ul>

Compensation: $115,000 - $130,000 Base + Bonus
