Job Description
A well-established manufacturing company in the Irvine area is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day building operations, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
Pay: $30 - $45 Hourly
 
Schedule:
<ul>
<li>Monday–Friday | 7:00am–3:30pm</li>
</ul>
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Perform routine preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical and plumbing issues</li>
<li>Inspect facilities for safety hazards, needed repairs, and compliance</li>
<li>Perform general repairs including carpentry, painting, and minor construction</li>
<li>Maintain maintenance inventory and purchase supplies when needed</li>
<li>Respond quickly to emergency repair requests</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>3–5+ years of facility maintenance experience (manufacturing preferred)</li>
<li>Strong skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs</li>
<li>Ability to use hand and power tools safely</li>
<li>Ability to troubleshoot a variety of building systems</li>
<li>High attention to safety and detail</li>
<li>Strong communication skills</li>
<li>Electrical Trade School, AA program, or Military training preferred)</li>
