ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Looking for a pleasant professional to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at our firm. The candidate will be the "face" and “filter” of the company for all visitors.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. This individual should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.
- Keep establishment tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper, water etc.)
- Greet and welcome guests, determining the nature & purpose of visit, directs or escorts them to specific destinations
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Collects, sorts, distributes and/or prepares mail, messages, and/or courier deliveries
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
- Check, sort and forward emails/facsimile(s)
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep updated records and files
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma; Minimum 1 Yr. Law firm experience
PREFERRED SKILLS
Bilingual recommend; Microsoft Office Programs; Customer Service; Detail Oriented; Communication Skills; Organizational Skills; Speaking Etiquette
