Visual Warehouse Associate (on-site at Corporate in Pelham, AL)
Our antiques come from all over the world, and this role makes sure every piece is tracked, inspected, and ready when our Design Team and showrooms need it. As our Visual Warehouse Associate, you'll manage antique shipments from port to Pelham, keep inventory accurate across our warehouses and trade showrooms, and travel with the Visual Team to support installs. It's hands-on work that mixes detailed record-keeping with lifting, driving, and setup. If you're organized, dependable, and like staying on the move, we'd like to hear from you.

WHAT YOU DO
- Execute daily priorities from the Assistant Visual Operations Manager and flag logistics, vendor, or scheduling issues fast.
- Track antique shipments from port to Pelham and keep the Antique Tracker current.
- Own accurate antique inventory across the Pelham Warehouse, Antique/White Room Warehouse, and trade showrooms, including adjustments and SCTs.
- Receive, unpack, assemble, and inspect incoming antiques.
- Stage antiques for Design Team and Management review.
- Prep approved and denied pieces for transport and support third-party labor during receiving and shipping.
- Keep the Antique/White Room Warehouse clean, organized, and running to inventory control standards.
- Travel with the Visual Team for trade showroom installs, inventory control, and SCTs.
- Support photo shoots, marketing projects, and special events.
- Drive company vehicles and box trucks for installs and transport.
