Are you a professional salesperson looking to take the next step in your automotive career? GMC Cadillac of Billings is looking for a floor manager to help manage our ever-growing business. The right applicant should have a strong sense of teamwork and be able to lead sales associates in every aspect of the sales process. Strong closing rates and great CSI is a must.
The Floor Manager serves customers by ensuring customer satisfaction through the sales process and manages the quality of product and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Set a clear vision and goals for the sales team to achieve forecasts in vehicle sales.
- Maintain CSI benchmarks for which the Sales Department is held accountable.
- Champion dealership initiatives by assessing, training, implementing, certifying, etc.
- Engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals and performance expectations.
- Ensure that customer inconveniences, complaints and misunderstandings are addressed/resolved timely.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Create a culture of meeting and exceeding performance expectations.
