Job description:
We are looking for Full Time Maintenance Technician to join our team at a large Multi Family Property. Must be proficient in maintenance, Basic electric and plumbing. Experience and skills in HVAC, Appliance, Electric, Plumbing, are a plus . Must be someone who can take direction.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is responsible, self-motivated and driven to succeed.
Interpersonal skills necessary when dealing with tenants and the current staff.

Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed
- Complete quality unit turn overs in a timely fashion.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed.
- Maintain positive resident relations.
- Complete work orders.
- Assist with Electrical , HVAC , Appliance Repairs and Maintenance
- Participate in 24-hour on-call rotation with ability to respond within expected timeframe.
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- While on call must respond by telephone immediately and begin repair work.
- Assist with any property repairs & maintenance
- Perform repairs on items such as appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets, circuits ,HVAC etc.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Good communication and teamwork skills
