Established (50+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Health Law Associate for Health Law in Albany, NY An established firm based in Albany with over 50 years in practice is seeking a Health Law Associate with 2+ years of experience to join their team in a hybrid capacity. This Attorney will have experience with health law, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters. Offer:
Salary range: $120,000-$170,000, contingent on experience

The candidate must be admitted to the New York Bar in good standing. The candidate must have 2-5 years of experience practicing health law or handling matters involving health care regulatory compliance, reimbursement, licensing, or related areas. The candidate must have strong research, writing, and analytical abilities. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and regulatory agencies. The candidate must be able to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must demonstrate sound judgment and attention to detail. Responsibilities:
The Attorney will advise health care providers and related entities regarding compliance with state and federal health care laws and regulations. The Attorney will support clients in matters involving licensing, certification, reimbursement, and administrative proceedings. The Attorney will conduct legal research and draft memoranda, regulatory analyses, contracts, and other legal documents. The Attorney will represent clients before regulatory bodies and in administrative or judicial proceedings as needed. The Attorney will work collaboratively with senior attorneys to support ongoing client counseling and transactional matters. The Attorney will maintain awareness of developments in health care law and apply them to client needs. - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
