Hiring a Party Chief to manage field surveying operations for land development and infrastructure projects in New York City.
- Responsible for leading a survey crew in the execution of topographic, boundary, utility, and construction layout surveys.
- Utilize surveying equipment, GPS, robotic total stations, and software to collect accurate field data.
- Interpret engineering plans, maps, reports, and site documents to ensure successful project delivery.
- Mentor and direct junior surveyors while maintaining safety, productivity, and quality standards on site.
- Support projects ranging from residential and commercial developments to large-scale infrastructure improvements.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
