What You’ll Do

  • Create a fun and memorable experience for guests and staff
  • Represent the company’s mission, vision, and values
  • Lead, train, and motivate sales associates
  • Set goals and drive sales to meet profit targets
  • Prioritize sales floor presence during peak hours
  • Deliver friendly, welcoming service to every guest
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and train staff regularly
  • Build relationships with guests for repeat business
  • Communicate updates positively and promptly
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
  • Complete onboarding and checklists for all new hires
  • Attend monthly manager meetings and hold store team meetings
  • Collaborate with owners to ensure store success
  • Follow inventory procedures and process damaged goods quickly
  • Display products attractively to engage guests
