Talent Acquisition Specialist / Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for hiring across Multiple geographies globally in regions like EMEA, LATAM, APAC, US or AFRICA. You will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent across various business functions. This position requires a seasoned recruitment professional with a strong track record in Domestic & Global hiring, multi-channel sourcing, agency/vendor management, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple global regions and functions for IT & Non IT Hiring.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates through employee referrals, agencies, direct sourcing, IJP and other talent acquisition channels.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, create job descriptions, and deliver a strong talent pipeline.
- Drive diversity hiring initiatives and ensure alignment with the companys global talent acquisition strategy.
- Utilize Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing tools to identify passive talent.
- Maintain a strong candidate experience by ensuring seamless communication and engagement throughout the hiring process.
- Hands-on experience in managing ATS platforms, preferably Workable, for end-to-end talent acquisition, requisition approval, candidate pipeline tracking, and recruitment analytics."
- Manage external recruitment agencies and vendors, ensuring cost-effective and quality hiring solutions.
- Stay updated with global recruitment trends, best practices, and compliance regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in global and domestic recruitment and sourcing, preferably within fintech or technology-driven industries.
- Strong experience in IT and Non IT hiring across multiple geographies.
- Expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Proficiency in Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Ability to drive data-driven recruitment decisions through effective reporting and tracking through ATS (e.g Workable, Workday or any other global ATS tool)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
