We are looking for a meticulous and personable Legal Administrator to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will provide vital support to ensure smooth operations, assisting with a variety of administrative and client-facing tasks. The position will begin with part-time hours and transition to a full-time schedule, offering an excellent opportunity for growth and development.


Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organize legal documents, including powers of attorney and engagement packages.

• Conduct intake calls with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates.

• Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update client records.

• Communicate with clients to provide status updates and address inquiries.

• Coordinate document production and ensure timely delivery.

• Assist in assembling and reviewing engagement packages for accuracy and completeness.

• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve client-related issues efficiently.

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.

• Provide administrative support to enhance workflow and alleviate workload pressures.

• Proven experience in a law firm setting preferred.

• Strong skills in data entry with a high level of accuracy.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Ability to manage client intake calls with patience and warmth.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

• A personable demeanor to foster positive client relationships.
