Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive individual to manage the daily operations of our communities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, be capable of working independently, take ownership of the association, and demonstrate attention to detail. Previous management experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple homeowner associations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, board members, and vendors.
• Coordinate and attend board meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain minutes.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, financial reports, and assessments.
• Ensure compliance with community rules, regulations, and bylaws.
• Oversee maintenance and improvement projects for common areas.
• Facilitate communication between homeowners and the board.
• Address resident inquiries, concerns, and conflicts in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
