Position Type: Seasonal
FM Expressions is looking for a Seasonal Finisher I to join our Heat Transfer Applications (HTA) team. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced production environment where you will help prepare and finish decorated garments and products for shipment.

What You'll Do
As a Finisher I, you will help make sure our products are properly finished, prepared, and ready to ship. Your responsibilities may include:
- Ticketing, labeling, and stickering finished products
- Applying heat transfers to garments
- Preparing garments for shipment
- Folding and stretching garments to ensure a finished, professional appearance
- Prepacking and boxing finished products
- Building and preparing pallets for shipment
- Preparing materials needed for assigned jobs
- Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy
- Communicating issues to your Lead or Supervisor
- Keeping your work area clean and organized using our 6S practices
- Safely operating equipment and following established procedures
- Assisting with other production-related tasks as needed

- Previous warehouse, production, manufacturing, or similar experience is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements
This is a physically active position that requires:
- Standing for extended periods of time
- Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, pulling, and stretching
- Using your hands to grasp, turn, and manipulate items
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Visually inspecting products and information, including small print
- Moving, lifting, loading, and placing merchandise and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds
Seasonal Position & PTO
This is a seasonal, nonexempt position.
Seasonal employees are not eligible for the Company's standard benefits. However, eligible seasonal employees may accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) at a minimum rate of one (1) hour for every 30 hours worked, beginning after 120 consecutive days of employment, up to 40 hours per year.
