About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Assemble components and finished products according to specifications and work orders
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions
- Inspect parts and assemblies for quality, fit, and function
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete assembly tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with safety standards
- Identify and report defects, malfunctions, or production issues to supervisors
- Meet production goals and deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Requirements:
- Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related production environment preferred
- Ability to read and follow blueprints, schematics, or written assembly instructions
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with good communication skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred
