About the Role:
SF Bay Area Provisions an Authorized Local Purveyor of the Boar's Head Brand. A family owned company.
As a Sales and Display Specialist, you will play a key role in representing one of America’s most trusted premium delicatessen brands. Your primary responsibility is to increase brand visibility, optimize product placement, and support retail sales through outstanding merchandising and relationship-building with store personnel.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain attractive, brand-compliant product displays in retail environments

Ensure shelves, coolers, and displays are fully stocked, clean, and well-organized
-
Rotate products to ensure freshness and manage inventory levels
-
Collaborate with store managers and deli department leads to execute promotions

Place and monitor point-of-sale materials and signage
-
Report on inventory levels, sales trends, and customer feedback
-
Identify opportunities for increased product placement and visibility

Uphold Boar’s Head’s high standards of quality, professionalism, and customer service
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in retail merchandising, grocery, or food sales preferred
-
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
-
Ability to build strong relationships with store personnel
-
Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods
-
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
-
Basic knowledge of deli products and food safety practices a plus.
