ComResource is looking for a Corporate Analyst – Help Desk.

We need someone to assist in troubleshooting and supporting enterprise hardware, software, and device management across corporate and retail environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS hardware/software issues
  • Image and deploy Mac and Windows laptops/desktops
  • Provide Active Directory 2nd-tier escalation support
  • Manage SCCM, Jamf, and AirWatch distribution systems
  • Support Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS)
  • Support Microsoft InTune (Endpoint Manager)
  • Manage incidents through Jira Service Management

Essentials:

  • 1–3 years desktop support experience
  • Experience with PC/Mac support in distributed environments
  • Experience with SCCM, JAMF, SMS, Microsoft InTune (Endpoint Manager)
  • Active Directory support experience
  • Experience with Jira Service Management

Desired:

  • Experience supporting retail store environments
