ComResource is looking for a Corporate Analyst – Help Desk.
We need someone to assist in troubleshooting and supporting enterprise hardware, software, and device management across corporate and retail environments.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS hardware/software issues
- Image and deploy Mac and Windows laptops/desktops
- Provide Active Directory 2nd-tier escalation support
- Manage SCCM, Jamf, and AirWatch distribution systems
- Support Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS)
- Support Microsoft InTune (Endpoint Manager)
- Manage incidents through Jira Service Management
Essentials:
- 1–3 years desktop support experience
- Experience with PC/Mac support in distributed environments
- Experience with SCCM, JAMF, SMS, Microsoft InTune (Endpoint Manager)
- Active Directory support experience
- Experience with Jira Service Management
Desired:
- Experience supporting retail store environments
