Job DescriptionOur client in Fort Worth is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can quickly become a valuable contributor. The ideal candidate will have prior Accounts Payable experience, preferably within the construction, trade, or industrial sectors, and be comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional accuracy. - Two to four years of experience in Accounts Payable, accounting, or construction finance
- Bilingual communication skills
- Associate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and invoice reconciliation
- Proficiency with accounting software such as Epicor Eagle, QuickBooks, or similar systems
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
