We are seeking a licensed real estate professional who thrives on guiding others while continuing to build their own production. This position is best suited for someone who values structure, accountability, and collaboration, and who is confident in their ability to mentor agents into consistent performance.
You will partner with both new and experienced agents, many sourced through our school partnerships and referral systems. Your role will be to provide coaching, create momentum, and keep agents aligned with proven systems, all while strengthening your own career. This track is designed for leaders who want to see whether their skills align with a high-performing coaching team rather than pursuing a solo path.

Responsibilities:
- Coach and teach contracts
- Teach database and COI marketing
- CRM training
- Coaching appointments
- Weekly accountability with agents

Qualifications:
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Real estate sales experience
- Completed transactions
- Team player
- Coachable and trainable
- Attend ongoing trainings and events
