Responsibilities
• Assisting clients with personal insurance policies (home, auto, renters, umbrella, etc.)
• Quoting new business and explaining coverage options clearly
• Processing policy changes, renewals, claims and cancellations
• Responding to client questions and service requests
• Maintaining accurate and organized client documentation
• Following carrier guidelines and agency procedures
Most daily tasks are structured and repeatable. This role requires responsiveness to client needs and the ability to stay organized in a moderately fast-paced environment.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• College degree preferred, but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to stay organized and manage tasks consistently
• Willingness to obtain a Property Casualty License within 6 months (agency will support and pay for licensing)
Nice to Have (Not Required)
• Customer service or office experience
• Sales or retail experience
• Active Property Casualty License
• Experience working with detailed documentation
