  2. Qualify
  3. Vehicle Selection
  4. Walk – A – Round
  5. Test Drive
  6. Trail Close
  7. Recap at Desk
  8. Price Presentation
  9. Negotiate / Close
  10. T/O – Delivery

• Use Customer Relationship Management tool (VinSolutions) to effectively track all customer interactions

• Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction

• Complete all required training and manufacture certifications to ensure your product knowledge

• Maintain excellent organizational skills and time management

• Ensure all paperwork is completed timely and accurately

• Adhere to ethical business practices and professional image

• Achieve acceptable customer service scores

• Arrive to work and be prepared to start work

• Be very hospitable with customers as they walk into the showroom (Always offering something to drink)

• Be very empathetic to clients during any process

• Nurture enriching relationships to build client for life

• Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses

• Report directly to a manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis

• Must maintain at least 50% customer review response. Will be tracked through Podium/google
