Location: Monterey Park, CA
Monday- Friday 6am- 3pm
$35-$40 an hour DOE

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Lead to support daily operations at our manufacturing facility in Monterey Park. This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining building systems, coordinating preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, overseeing contractors, and providing day-to-day leadership to the maintenance team. The ideal candidate is proactive, safety-focused, and experienced in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and facility systems.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and facility issues to minimize downtime.
  • Support clean room and production operations.
  • Maintain maintenance records and CMMS updates.
  • Coordinate contractors, vendors, and facility improvement projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards.
  • Provide daily guidance and support to maintenance staff.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of industrial, facilities, or plant maintenance experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Experience with preventative maintenance and CMMS software.
  • Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR regulations.

Preferred:

  • Manufacturing, aerospace, medical device, or regulated industry experience.
  • Clean room experience.
  • PLC troubleshooting experience.
  • Trade certification or vocational training.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
