Live in North County and looking for an opportunity closer to home? Passionate about property management and servicing tenants? Then this is the job for YOU!! Owner/Manager is looking for an experienced APM to support their Northern San Diego properties, based out of San Marcos. Position will have some light travel throughout the Northern SD area, and occasionally to their downtown office. Company manages a variety of properties in office and industrial. This position will support managers in managing various commercial spaces! This is a great opportunity to work with an Ownership who is growing their portfolio! Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing office spaces
  • Assisting with lease administration
  • Overseeing CapEx and TI projects
  • Assisting in preparing and managing the operating budget for properties
  • Processing CAM's
  • Managing vendor and vendor relations
  • Managing compliance for tenants and vendors
  • Coding and inputting accounts payable
  • Following up on accounts receivable
  • Resolving tenant questions/concerns
  • Preparing reporting for Ownership
  • Preparing variance reporting
  • Coordinating tenant appreciation events
  • Assisting with a variety of projects for Owners

Special Skills:

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/requests at once
  • Strong listening and people skills

Must have:

  • 2+ years of Commercial APM experience, open to considering a Property Administrator ready to advance!
  • MRI experience
  • MS Office - intermediate to advanced
  • CA RE License preferred or willing to obtain
