Job DescriptionLand Develpment Project Manager
Position Overview The Land Development Project Manager is responsible for leading civil site development projects from pursuit through final delivery. This role blends technical expertise, project management, and client leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. The position requires strong experience in site development design, staff supervision, and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage land development projects including residential, commercial, and mixeduse developments Develop scopes of work, fee proposals, and assist with contract negotiations Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, municipalities, and consultants Oversee design production and ensure adherence to quality control standards Supervise, mentor, and develop engineers and designers Coordinate internally and with subconsultants to maintain project efficiency Participate in business development efforts, interviews, and proposal preparation Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering 8+ years of experience in land development engineering Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within a short timeframe Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and organizational skills
