My client is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of civil litigation experience to join our growing firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain meaningful experience in all aspects of complex litigation across multiple practice areas in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.
Responsibilities:
Handle civil litigation matters from inception through trial, including discovery, motions, hearings, and settlement negotiations.
Draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
Collaborate with partners and other associates on case strategy and client communications.
Manage and bill client matters efficiently while meeting firm productivity expectations.
Requirements:
2-5 years of civil litigation experience.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $130,000 - $145,000, depending on experience.
Bonuses:
$2,500 quarterly bonus for meeting 450 billable hours per quarter (1,800 hours annually).
$75 per billable hour over 450 per quarter.
10% of revenues generated on your own originated files.
Discretionary year-end bonus.
