About the Role
Were seeking aRecovery Tech Supervisorto guide, support, and develop our team of Recovery Technicians at one of our residential sites.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives on teamwork, accountability, and maintaining high standards of care. Youll set the tone for professionalism, teamwork, and compassionate service while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor Recovery Tech staff to uphold excellence in client care and documentation
- Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members
- Oversee new hire training, job shadowing, and ongoing staff development
- Provide on-call leadership support (including occasional shift coverage)
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and manage corrective actions as needed
- Monitor compliance withMN Statute 245Gand all organizational policies
- Review and maintain daily logs, audits, and emergency drill documentation
- Facilitate monthly team meetings and daily huddles
- Support quality assurance through regular audits (admissions, discharges, property logs, etc.)
- Partner with leadership to strengthen operations and enhance the client experience
What You Bring
- ExperienceinSubstance Use Disorder or Mental Health treatment settings
- Prior supervisory or leadership experiencein healthcare, residential, or behavioral health settings
- Excellent communication, organization, and crisis management skills
- Deep understanding of recovery principles and trauma-informed care
- Strong sense of accountability and ability to motivate others
- Flexibility and teamwork you lead by example
