The position promotes a balance between professional and personal life, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your main responsibilities will include:

- Delivering therapy sessions across various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices tailored to individual client requirements.
- Implementing behavioral strategies and interventions aimed at promoting positive client outcomes and fostering resilience.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed electronic medical records (EMR), ensuring proper documentation of all sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
