We are searching for individuals who have home, condo, apartment, remodeling or construction experience. Our Service Technician's primary responsibility is to provide each of our customers with the best quality service and fastest response time as possible. It is the expectation of all Mad City employees to uphold a high level of customer service and constantly improve the Mad City brand and reputation. This position handles all service calls for all its division. #ZR

Essential Functions of this position are:
• Provide service and customer support during field visits
• Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
• Repairing showers and tubs
• Fix plumbing leaks
• Wrapping windows
• Painting and staining
• Installing shower doors
• Replacing window sashes
• Interior trim work
• Taping and mudding of sheet rock
• Drywall patching
• Siding and shingle installation
• General caulking and cleaning
• Collect any balance due
• Follow all company filed procedures and protocols
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
Qualifications:
• 2-5 years in Remodeling Industry
• Valid driver’s license and clean driver history
• Ability to read, understand, and follows safety procedure
• Ability to grasp complex concepts easily
• Quality of work standards
• Excellent planning, negotiating, and organizing skills
