Hometown Tire Pros and Service is growing and looking for a Sales Advisor who can also install tires to join our friendly and fast-paced team! Starting pay $23.00 - $27.00 per hour based on experience- Tuesday-Saturday work schedule with Sunday/Monday off!Why You'll Love Working with Us:

What You'll Do:

On the sales side:

• Greet customers, listen to their needs, and recommend appropriate services

• Write up repair orders, confirm warranty coverage, and explain estimates clearly

• Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle

• Coordinate scheduling and shop workload

• Ensure a great customer experience from start to finish

On the shop side:

• Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs

• Assist technicians when needed to keep the shop running smoothly

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Who You Are:

• Mechanically inclined with tire installation experience and a willingness to learn and grow

• Customer-focused, friendly, and always willing to help

• A strong communicator who can explain vehicle needs in plain language

• Comfortable with multitasking and keeping calm under pressure

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry

• Tire installation or light mechanical experience required

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
