Our Property Management Firm is currently seeking experienced apartment managers and assistant managers located in either Sacramento or Placer County. We are actively searching for a highly capable manger that possesses a strong passion for property management, sales and communication.

The following is a list of experience and skills we require, but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein:

• 2 years prior experience in residential and/or commercial property management
• Understanding of Commercial and/or Residential Tenant/Landlord law
• BA or BS degree from an accredited college or university a PLUS
• Excellent communication and writing skills required to interact with attorneys, OSHA, apartment residents, property managers, etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications and the internet
• Ability to motivate and lead a team
• Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple assignments
• Very well organized and professional
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred

The position includes, but are not limited to:

• Supervising all aspects of residential property operations
• Supervision of all maintenance and office personnel
• Planning, assigning and directing projects
• Addressing complaints and resolving problems
• Lease residential units
• Ensure proper turnover schedules
• Generate various reports
• Rent collections and reduce delinquencies
• Develop advertising and marketing strategies
• Negotiate vendor and contract service agreements and monitor day-to-day vendor performance
• AP/AR, bank reconciliations, P/L reports and other various accounting tasks
• Be available for work on an on-call basis for emergency purposes therefore must own a vehicle
• Ensure professionalism, competence and pride outside and within the company
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs
